Give the process to a system that finishes it.

A system that is handed an outcome — process this invoice, onboard this customer, qualify and route this lead — and works out the steps itself, calling your tools, writing to your systems, and stopping to ask a person only where you decided it should.

Why This Matters

An Agent Replies. Agentic AI Finishes the Job.

An AI agent answers a question. Agentic AI is handed a goal and carries it through — reading systems, calling tools, writing records, and only stopping to ask a person at the points you decided it should.

Nothing is designed from a description of the process, because the described version is always the clean one. We watch the process done by hand, start to finish, and record every step, every system touched, and every exception that came up.

When the Project Lands

Days 1–3: We watch the process being done by hand, start to finish, by the person who actually does it today. We record every step, every system touched, and every exception that came up.

How we get there

The Four Phases

Phase 1 — Discover

The process mapped step by step, with the hours each step consumes. A catalogue of exceptions — the awkward cases that break rule-based automation — and a decision on which go to the system and which go to a person. Deliverable: the map, the scope, and a fixed quote.

Phase 2 — Design

The agent architecture: what each agent is responsible for, the tools it may call, the boundaries of its authority, and the points where a human approves before anything irreversible happens. Logging and audit decided here, not bolted on later.

Phase 3 — Build

Orchestration, tool and API integrations, error handling, and a full audit trail of every decision the system made and why. Weekly demo on real cases from your own backlog.

Phase 4 — Shadow Run

The system runs alongside the people still doing the work, on the same inputs. Outputs are compared daily. Only when they agree for a full week does the process cut over.

Outcomes you can measure

Every phase ends with a fixed deliverable, not a status update.

Handover

You receive the system in production, a runbook covering what it does and what to do when it stops, monitoring and alerts pointed at your own channel, the documented escalation and approval rules, training for the team that owns it, and ongoing support.

What It Costs

Agentic AI engagements are scoped individually after the Discover phase, once the process map and exception catalogue exist. Contact us for a fixed quote.
