Put the business in your team's pocket.
Android, iOS, and web applications on a shared codebase — React Native or Flutter on the front, Node and MongoDB behind — for the operations currently running on spreadsheets, phone calls, and memory.
Why This Matters
Built as Features, Not Added Later
Authentication, roles, notifications, and offline behaviour are the parts that get bolted on at the end in most app projects — and it shows. We build them as core features from the first sprint.
Apple and Google store approvals are the part nobody budgets time for, so the store accounts open on day one, in your name, before any code is written.
When the Project Lands
Days 1–3: Kickoff on who uses the app and what each of them needs to do in it. We agree the platforms, and we open the store accounts on day one, in your name.
How we get there
The Four Phases
Phase 1 — Discover
User roles and the core flows for each. What must work offline. What the app must talk to. Store requirements, permissions, and the privacy policy obligations that come with them. Deliverable: the flow list, the scope, a fixed quote.
Phase 2 — Design
Screen flows, then a UI kit, then a clickable prototype you can hand to a real user before anything is built. Changing a prototype costs an afternoon; changing a built screen costs a week.
Phase 3 — Build
Two-week sprints on the front end and the API together, each ending with a build installed on your own phone. Authentication, roles, notifications, and offline behaviour built as features, not added later.
Phase 4 — Test & Release
Testing on real devices across the Android versions your users actually run, then a beta through TestFlight and Play internal testing. Store listings, screenshots, and privacy declarations prepared and submitted.
Outcomes you can measure
Every phase ends with a fixed deliverable, not a status update.
Handover
You receive the source code, the Apple and Google accounts in your name with the apps published under them, the build and release documentation, the backend and database in your own cloud account, a training session for the team, and ongoing support.
What It Costs
Pricing depends on the platforms and the flow list identified in Discover. Contact us for a fixed quote.
